Recently, Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Bai as Resident Manager. He will be fully in charge of the management of hotel operations and lead the team to consistently provide personalized and heartfelt service to the guests.
Jeffrey started his career in 2004 with passion for the hotel industry. He has rich experience in international brand hotel management, and has successively held management positions in hotels under IHG, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Marriott International Group. He joined Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan as Director of Sales & Marketing since August 2018, and participated the pre-opening of the hotel. Due to his mature and unique understanding of sales management and marketing strategy, just during one year of the hotel’s grand opening in January 2019, Jeffrey has led his team to achieved success in dimensions such as market share and recognition, which is regarded as one of the industry’s best words.
With his strong management skills and excellent leadership, Jeffrey will continue to lead the team to unveil the warm hospitality of Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan in the dynamic city of Shenzhen.
