The inaugural MH LakeFest will feature hipster fun, food galore, a creative bazaar, family fun and pets activities, an outdoor cinema and live performances to hype up your weekend, perfect for a weekend with family and friends!
Set amidst lush greenery and nature, MH LakeFest 2019 covers an area of 50,000 swim, making it one of the largest lifestyle festival in Shenzhen.
Seven Exciting Themed Zones
Hip Fun
Check in and check out experiences brought to you by the country’s first international music-themed hotel – Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen, the passion and free spirit of Harley Davidson, the hip and fashionable C93 Barbershop, as well as retro-style games from Hong Kong in the 60s, Bubble Run and many more!
Food Galore
A lifestyle festival won’t be complete without food! Come satiate your tastebuds with beer, summer cocktails, South Asian bites, American delights, ice cream and seasonal fruits, perfect for cooling down in summer. Patio Cafe within the park will also be serving up traditional Hong Kong delights including pork skin radish, egglet, XO sauce rice cake, pork chop bun, crispy bun with condensed milk, Ovaltine crisps, iced milk tea and more!
Creative Bazaar
Shop to your hearts’ delight with 25 specialty pop-up stores featuring independent design brands in handicrafts, jewelry, retro items, clothing, home, interactive art etc. Be inspired by the young artists and support creative culture!
World of Pets
Why leave your pets at home when you’re out having fun? MH LakeFest is for humans and pets alike! Bring your pet dogs and cats to the park for a game of frisbee, or skateboarding, roam the greens or simply soak in the sunshine. Over at the Gogo Park, pet dogs can also cool off with a soak in their very own pool, or be pampered with a facial session!
Family Fun
Nothing beats spending time with your family over the weekend, don’t fret about running out of things to do at MH LakeFest as we got you covered. Parents and children can immerse themselves in different workshops including arts, music, robotics, language and learn while having fun!
Sunset Cinema
The fun doesn’t end when the sun sets! Come experience a unique outdoor cinema experience reminiscent of the good old days, perfect for parents to soak in the nostalgia while children enjoy retro fun! On 16 June, come celebrate Father’s Day with us with films dedicated to all fathers.
Live Performances
Get into the groove with a live music performances from Hard Rock Hotel’s resident band -RockNophobia, the talented Mango Band. Break into your best dance moves with performers from the Waiters Dance Studio, and live it up with a mystery DJ spinning some of the best EDM beats.

Beyond the themed zones, plenty more fun awaits! MH LakeFest will also feature a special parade and summer night’s light show. Visitors can also have fun at the children’s amusement park and mobile games area, featuring an open-air children’s castle, ferris wheel, zoo and botanical garden, children’s putting green, bumper cars, pirate ship and so much more!
