Ferry Service from Shekou to Hong Kong Airport to Resume Oct 28!

The one-way route between Shenzhen, Shekou and Hong Kong International Airport will resume from October 28th! Ferries from Hong Kong International Airport to Shenzhen Shekou are still suspended. Their resumption time will be announced later.

This is currently the safest and most convenient way to go overseas. You arrive directly at customs of Hong Kong International Airport after disembarking so you can go directly to the boarding gate.

120 HKD tax refund
When checking in at Shekou cruise home port, you will receive a 120 HKD tax refund voucher. The tax refund voucher is valid only on the day. Not applicable to children under 12. After disembarking, go to the departure tax refund counter to collect it.

Passenger ticket purchase notice:

  1. Outbound passengers must confirm that they can enter the destination and meet the various epidemic prevention and control and boarding requirements of the Hong Kong International Airport; if they are unable to board the plane due to force majeure or personal reasons at the Hong Kong International Airport, they will be arranged to return to the mainland and accept the entry quarantine at their own expense for 14 days.
  2. Before boarding and leaving the country, outbound passengers should provide valid “Health Code” nucleic acid test negative result information received within 72 hours or a paper report of nucleic acid test negative result issued by a qualified medical institution.
  3. Passengers must complete boarding procedures for all segments of the itinerary from Hong Kong to the destination country at the home port of Shekou cruise ship before boarding.
  4. Passengers need to complete the ticket purchase 24 hours before sailing, and the sailing time can be no less than 150 minutes before the departure time of the plane.

Important reminder! !
According to the epidemic prevention requirements of relevant departments, passengers going to Hong Kong International Airport must complete all voyage check-in procedures for all flight segements for the flight at the home port of Shekou Cruise. If your airline is Japan Airlines, Hong Kong Airlines, Hong Kong Express, China Airlines, Mandarin Airlines, EVA Airways, All Nippon Airways, or Air Japan, AND the flight itinerary has more than one flight segment, you cannot take the ferry!
