10am – 11am Piloxing & HIIT with Triple B & Dr Sparkles

PiloxingSSP – A non-stop cardio fusion of standing Pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits for a sleek, sexy and powerful you!

HIIT– High Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise.

11am – 12noon Dancing with LaurielleParis American Choreographer & Performer

First, I will provide an energetic workout, in the beginning, to allow everyone to not be nervous and have fun. Next, We will stretch so we can feel relaxed and comfortable in our state. Then, we will dance! I will teach very simple choreography so everyone can do it together.

1pm – 2pm InsideOut Barre with Francis

Barre fitness is a fusion between ballet, yoga and pilates. Participants wear activewear similar to that worn in yoga classes, and do the exercises either in bare feet or in socks. It is a full body balanced workout combining strength conditioning cardio and mindfulness. It is high intensity low impact, safe for any fitness level.

2pm – 2:45pm Zumba Fitness with Svetlana

ZUMBA: •PERFECT FOR•  Everybody and every body! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out. •HOW IT WORKS•. We take the “work”out, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check!

2:45pm – 3:30pm CrossFit Session with Attitude Crossfit

ATTITUDE CrossFit is a functional fitness center established in Shenzhen in 2016. The core focus of our program revolves around the focus of creating an all-around athlete by incorporating the principles and movements of high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, an plyometrics, to name a few. 

Our demo class will offer a basic version of a CrossFit session, incorporating movements such as rowing, kettlebell swings, rope jumping, and core-based movements.

3:30pm – 4:15pm Latin Dance Intro for Beginners with Latin Passion
