Over the past two and a half years, companies in South China have been dealt a series of hardships stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic that has put additional pressure on them. At the same time, with the development of COVID-19, people’s accustomed working ways and thinking patterns are constantly being subverted, and their concerns and expectations for the workplace are also changing unprecedentedly.
