Andreas will assume responsibilities for the hotel operations, including the leadership and development of the management team, overall vision for the hotels team members, driving and delivering property wide projects and ensuring that quality and guest experiences are unique to our property and are consistent with the Hilton Brand. Andreas will also have key appointments with the media, local governments and other businesses.
A native German, Andreas is well versed in hotel management, having gained rich experience in the hospitality industry over the years, 19 of which he has spent with Hilton Worldwide. His first step into the industry began as chef apprentice at a five star hotel in Germany before moving up the ranks in various Food & Beverage and Front Office positions in Germany, Asia and the Middle East. His previous role was General Manager of Conrad Sanya Haitang Bay & DoubleTree by Hilton Sanya Haitang Bay prior to which he was General Manager at the Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun.
Andreas Justkowiak brings with him over 20 years of hospitality expertise gained in various operations roles in five start hotels in Germany, Malaysia, China and the Middle East to his new role at Hilton Worldwide. Passion for the industry and alignment of both his and the company values create the drive behind his success.
