This year SAIS – Shenzhen American International School celebrated Halloween with some great sporty and challenging activities for all family.
During the whole week we had a “Spirit week” at our Meilin campus, every day the kids got to follow a fun role about how they should come to school, so we had a “hat day”, a “Pajamas day” and a bunch of other fun days.
Our Art teacher was making beautiful Halloween arts all week with the kids which we put up on our walls for everyone to see. At Friday was our Halloween day!! All the kids wore lovely costumes and had a costume parade showing off for class mates and parents. Friday night a party was held at both Nanshan and Futian campus, our families all came to join the fun followed by family members and friends. We had some tasty dounuts on a string competition, Face coloring, Pumpkin bowling, and lots of other fun games.
We finished the evening with out Chinese staff getting in the Halloween mood and making a trick or treat hall for all kids.
Every one had a great time went back home happy and tired after a long celebrated week.
We look forward for the next holidays to come.
And now it’s back to learning, learning, and learning.
