The 25th HOTELEX Shanghai was held in Shanghai New International Expo Centre between 29 March and 1 April 2016. As one of the most global and influential Expo, HOTELEX Shanghai as always focuses on innovation and Green activities and numbers of professional events all showed up in the exhibition. This time, China Pizza Championship 2016 Competition was grandly held in 30 March organized by Pizza New Spa, Shangai UBMSinoexpo and Pizza e Pasta Italiana Magazine.
China Pizza Championship 2016 Competition is a professional pizza cooking competition which attracts a group of chefs from all over the world every year and this year The Venice Hotel Shenzhen Italian Chef Antonino Scordo was invited to attend this competition and through all the rounds to win the champion and awarded as “China Best Pizza Maker“.
Antonino Scordo comes from Italy Ragusa and joined The Venice Hotel Shenzhen to be the Chief Chef in Blue Italian Seafood and Grill Restaurant in January 2016. Nino is enthusiastic about food and cooking and his culinary experience is over 15 years. His Italian traditional inspiration for the Italian food is always magically full of surprises which make the classic dishes unusual.
