Where to meet some English speaking Chinese (girls)

I’m from Canada and I’m new here in Shenzhen (live in a nice apart in Luohu, near MixC). I’d like to make some friends who can show me around the city, to party or just hang out. I find it very difficult to get around here without speaking Chinese… even something as simple as ordering a beer in a bar here is really complicated.
