Half Ton Brewery was founded in 2014, has independently brewed craft beer since 2018. To date, over 30 unique styles of craft beer have been brewed in-house. Between 2019 and 2020, the brewery has won numerous awards from prestigious competitions such as the China Craft Beer Awards and the Craft Beer of China Awards.

We believe that beer gives people a more free and creative feeling than other alcohols. We are committed to expressing our thoughts, stories and emotions through beer, hoping to bring you more interesting and fresh beer, and make it a link to bring people closer.

Futian Chegongmiao store is the first American-style restaurant of HalfTon Brewery. The restaurant adopts an American industrial style decoration and offers mainly 16-hour slow-cooked American smoked meat and beer brewed by HalfTon. It is loved by local diners and attracts many tourists to check in.

Luohu Mixcate store is the new concept restaurant of HalfTon Brewery, with the idea of a garden in the city, using wood and plants to create a natural atmosphere, and offering 16-hour slow-cooked American smoked meat and beer brewed by Half-Ton. We hope to gather with friends to drink beer and eat barbecue without any restrictions, who can resist having a party in their own backyard?

半吨精酿，起源于2014年，于2018年开始独立酿造属于深圳文化的精酿啤酒。至今，已自酿完成30余款特色风格的精酿啤酒。2019年至2020年期间，先后获得CCBA、CBC等多项权威比赛的奖项。

相对于其他酒类，啤酒带给人的感觉更自由，更有创造性。我们追寻通过啤酒来表达自己的想法、故事和情绪，致力于带给大家更多有趣、新鲜的啤酒，让它们成为拉近人与人之间距离的媒介。

车公庙店，为半吨精酿旗下首家美式直营餐吧。店铺采取美式工业风的装修风格，餐食以16小时低温熏烤的美式果木熏肉和半吨自酿啤酒为主，受周边食客喜爱，同时吸引广大外地客人打卡。

万象食家店，为半吨精酿旗下全新概念店，以城市中的花园为内核，使用原木与绿植，搭配16小时低温熏烤的美式果木熏肉和半吨自酿啤酒。我们希望能和朋友们无拘无束地聚在一起喝酒吃肉，谁能拒绝在自家后院开派对呢？
