This passage is to offer you some ideas about attending the ICIF (International Cultural Industries Fair) 2011. Read the passage below, and find out your useful information.
How you can get your FREE Ticket:
Get the ticket by Express Delivery.
For people who have pre-register on shenzhenparty. If you have tell us your address clearly online, you will get your ticket by mail these two days. Please keep an eye on it.
Get the ticket at the entrance of Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center.
For people who register, but can’t provide us with a clear address, you will need to go to the entrance of Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. They got an Over Seas Group Registration and Pre-Registration Desk for ticket taking. You will be able to see the name of “ShenzhenParty” posting there. Go and get your ticket.
Expats without pre-registration are welcome to the ICIF as well.
For those who didn’t register before the exhibition, you can go there and find the Over Seas Group Registration and Pre-Registration Desk to get a free ticket. It is at the North Gate of the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, And you can see the name of shenzhenparty posting there. Mention “ShenzhenParty” , and do some simple registration to get the ticket.
Suggested registration time there: 10:00am to 4:00pm.
ICIF Time Schedule from May 13 to May 16:
May 13, Friday: 11:00am to 5:30pm
May 14, Saturday: 9:00am to 9:00pm
May 15, Sunday: 9:00am to 9:00pm
May 16, Monday: 9:00am to 5:30pm

Take Bus:
Airport Shuttle Bus No.9;

Peak Hour Special Line No.19/ 23;
All of the buses above will stop at the Station of Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center （会展中心站）.

Warm Reminds:
- Check your time schedule before going, especially when you don’t have your ticket on hand, please set aside a little bit more time for it.
- Check the proper transportation way for yourself. You can see the map that we attached for your further information. The point C is where you are supposed to arrive at.
- Keep your belongings well. There are a lot of people there, so you have to be very careful of your personal belongings to aviod careless missing or some other problems.
