How to Donate Medical Supplies to Germany

Dear Members and Friends of the German Chamber,
中德各界朋友们：
The German Federal Government is organizing urgent flights for relief supplies from China to Germany.
德国联邦政府正紧急组织航班从中国上海向德国运送急需医疗救援物资。
In case your company or your contacts in China would like to donate relief supplies, your willingness to help in difficult times would be greatly appreciated.
如果贵公司或您的朋友愿意捐赠医疗物资，我们将非常感激您在困难时伸出援手，传递互助与友爱。
A first flight from Shanghai with relief supplies has already left on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. Additional flights are expected to take place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (March 26, 27, and 28, 2020) and within the following weeks. Therefore, your donation will be sent to Germany in due course.
目前运送救援物资的第一批航班已于2020年3月24日（星期二）从上海起飞。第二批航班陆续将于本周四、周五及周六（2020年3月26日、27日和28日）以及未来的几周从上海继续发送物资前往德国。届时，您的捐赠物资将被寄送至德国。
Donation Process | 捐赠流程
The forwarding company “Fiege Logistics (China) Co., Ltd” has been commissioned by the German Federal Government to directly coordinate your donation.
受德国联邦政府委托，德国飞格国际物流公司（Fiege）上海负责物资的物流运输事宜，您可直接联系德国飞格国际物流公司（Fiege）对接协调相关事宜。
Please find below information on the procedure, as well as the donation material form, in order to handle your donation in the most efficient way:
请您阅读附件中的捐赠流程说明并填写下方链接“捐赠物资信息表”，以便各方能及时有效地帮助您完成捐赠事宜。
- Please scan the QR Code to check this list of requirements (in Chinese, German and English) for your donation.
德国急需的相关医疗物资需求清单您可通过扫描下方二维码来查看（中文/德文/英文三语版本）。
- Fill in this form with information about the materials to be donated.
在表格中填写有关捐赠物资的信息。
- If you put the recipient as “Federal Republic of Germany / Federal Ministry of Health”, this donation will be processed duty free by German customs. Your donations can be transported to Germany free of charge on these flights. However, we would like to ask you to take care of the transport to the company Fiege in Shanghai at your own expense.
请您将此次捐赠物资的受赠人标识为“德意志联邦共和国/联邦卫生部”，德国海关将为此免除关税。您只需自行将您的捐赠物资运往上海飞格公司指定地点，捐赠物资将会从上海免费运往德国。

- Representatives of “Fiege” will inform you within 24 hours about all relevant details, e.g. to which warehouse the donation needs to be sent.

Information on donation handling in Germany

- Your donation will be coordinated by the German Federal Ministry of Health according to domestic needs and sent to the places with the most urgent need in Germany.
您的捐赠将由德国联邦卫生部根据德国国内的需求进行统一调配，并发往德国最急需的地方。
- If you would like to designate the final recipient of your donation, the German Federal Government will try to meet your wish according to the specific situation when your donation arrives in Germany, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you insist on target donation to specific recipients, you will need to arrange the transportation by yourself.
如果您强烈想要指定最终的受捐人，德国联邦政府将视捐赠物资抵达德国时的具体情况，尽量尝试满足您的愿望，但不能对此保证。因此，如您坚持要定向捐赠（即送达一个特定的受捐方），则需要自行安排运输。
