Shekou Management and Service Center for Expats (Shekou MSCE) has published the second edition of Handbook for expats in Shenzhen, covering many useful information and guidance.
The bilingual handbook, first published in 2018, covering many daily themes was very popular among the expat community.

After three-month preparation, the second edition was ready for the public at the end of 2020, and the mobile version also ready now!

ShekouMSCE 诚意之作
The Handbook compiling team consists of more than 10 staff from Shekou MSCE, who sorted out the needs of over 3000 foreign residents and checked information with relevant departments.
A few expats from Shekou International Volunteer Team joined the proofreading of the Handbook.
It clarifies many basic public services, like temporary residence registration, visa services and driver license application in detail, and introduces many public facilities, aiming to give comprehensive guidance for expats and make their life and work more convenient.
