Dear Shenzhen-er,

That’s right - this week's roundup features an article about Shanghai and their battle with Covid. It's hard to avoid the buzz even here in Shenzhen where we’ve just concluded our last skirmish with Omicron. More financial aid details have come out for Shenzhen businesses and the HongQiMen bridge connecting GuangZhou and ZhongShan, a major infrastructure project of relevance to us, is underway.

Sustainability and School events are featured in our roundup this week. I’ll be heading out to brunch at Residence G sometime this week (probably Thursday) and I personally recommend it if you’re looking for a nice western style brunch in the Nanshan area... and lastly, if you didn’t get a chance I think you’d enjoy reading our Community Insight piece “Conquering Covid” that came out last Friday - please share it if you like it! - Sharing is caring :).

Sincerely,

David & The NowShenzhen Team
