Dear Shenzhen-er,

Rain rain go away, come on back… how in the middle of the week next time? Included some recent telecom news from out in the east that may have implications for our lives down the road, a snapshot of noteworthy happenings around town this past week, and a short article on the future of Bao'an’s urban design. Nothing sensational or click-baity - you’ve no shortage of sources for that sort of news so I’ll spare you.

I was out and about over the weekend - got a chance to see Joe Wong perform in Shekou and visited a number of venues in Futian and Bao’an. Decided to feature some work related events in this week's roundup. I would personally encourage anyone interested to take a look at the Women in Business Forum being put on by the Hilton this week. Per usual, too many other events to list here so please visit our full events listing page to check out what’s going on in town this week!

Cheers!
