We are pleased to announce the arrival of Chef de  Antonino Scordo  at the Blue Italian Seafood & Grill Restaurant in The Venice Hotel Shenzhen. Chef Antonino Scordo is originally from Ragusa, in region of Sicily, Italy. He has practical experience about 15 years on the kitchen. Prior to his arrival at the Venice Hotel Shenzhen, chef  Antonino was the the best master of menu chef .

Chef Antonino  is specialized in cooking beef,various seafood and fish dishes. He enjoys preparing and creating many varieties of seafood base sauses to accompany the dishes he made.
