Overview

Formed in 2004, the Shenzhen Celts have been a mainstay of the Asian Gaelic Football scene, competing in and winning many Chinese and Asian competitions. The club has both a Men’s and Women’s team, who regularly compete against Shanghai, Shunde and Suzhou, as well as our South China neighbors in Hong Kong. Additionally, we also compete in the All Asia Gaelic Games and the All China Gaelic Games.
We are a friendly and diverse bunch that welcomes all comers, regardless of age, ability, or experience. Hon the Celts!

Social

Outside of our dedication to the game we all love, the Celts also have a social side with events being held around the city on a regular basis. These events range from seasonal brunches to casual weekend beers, so feel free to come along and join us at any of them! Irish culture is an important part of the club, and so St. Patrick’s Day is always a bit special.

Mission

As Guangdong’s premier Gaelic Football club, we aim to create an atmosphere that promotes open-mindedness, fitness, fun, respect, and commitment. Our doors are open to all regardless of age, gender, experience, or fitness levels. If you’re interested then we hope to see you down at the pitch with us on a Thursday evening soon!
