Halva is a snack and you eat it, as it is in any time or with bread, tea, coffee, wine, the taste is sweet and is available in many different textures and flavors, it depends of the additional ingredients, as peanuts, almonds, pistachios, chocolate and others.

The Handmade traditional Greek Halva is made from tahini (crushed hulled sesame seeds), glucose syrup 41%, sugar 5.5%, and vegetable oil 2%, with additional different textures (nuts) and flavors.

Sesame Halva is popular in the Balkans, Middle East, and other areas surrounding the Mediterranean Sea. The primary ingredients in this confection are sesame butter or paste (tahini), and sugar, glucose or honey.

Take an apple, cut it into thin slices and sprinkle with brown sugar. Arrange the slices on a plate place a slice of halva on top (after removing from the packing) and microwave them for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve the halva warm. Alternatively, you serve the halva with any flavor you wish, sprinkle it with almonds, dress it with dark chocolate or ice cream syrup of any flavor, or add cinnamon with some lemon juice, sweet fruit preserves of your preference, honey or jam.
