Pipette offers a new approach to Western dining that merges the classic idea of family-run restaurants along the streets of Paris, with the young and vibrant atmosphere of lounge restaurants in modern cities like Shenzhen. The open kitchen allows guests to enjoy the food right from the start, when the chefs are preparing the dishes with all their passion and precision. Pipette Bistro has a main dining area with multiple sitting options: window tables as well as high and long tables that can accommodate up to 60 guests. Moreover, Library PDR and Red Wine PDR offer a more private yet cozy place to dine. In the restaurant lower floor, three themed PDR rooms (namely Napoleon, Latour, Champagne) are the best option for hosting group gatherings, events, and family celebrations in a more sophisticated environment.
Chef Louis is constantly searching for new ways of matching flavors and textures. His passion for food started when he was a child and used to help his grandmother preparing jovial meals for the whole family. Coming from a small village near Lyon all the way to China, he enriched his dishes with a variety of flavors and exotic ingredients. At Pipette Bistro, Chef Louis will present his menu with French and Asian elements as trait-d’-union.
